In 2021, First Response joined forces with Every Mother Counts, a nonprofit dedicated to making pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother, everywhere, for a virtual MAMAthon event aimed at raising funds to help improve maternal health access and outcomes. GCW tapped influential personalities including Rosanna & Winston Javier, award winning musician Kelis Rogers-Mora and Olympic gold medalist Sydney Rae Leroux to increase awareness and support for the First Response x Every Mother Counts partnership and drive donations. The match campaign, hosted by actress Rose Byrne and Every Mother Counts founder Christy Turlington Burns, hosted nearly 600 people and raised over $140,000.
