ChaseCom

GCW played a pivotal role in enhancing the market presence of ChaseCom, LP, ensuring broad awareness through strategic marketing and communications.

ChaseCom was recognised as a leader in customer contact centre services for top Fortune 100 clients, operating much like an in-house marketing department and providing cost-effective, strategic solutions for customer relationship management and tech support. In a significant industry move, ChaseCom collaborated with SBC Communications, reaching millions with telecommunications products and services.

Under CEO Tony Chase the company put philanthropy at the centre, notably through The Telecom Opportunity Institute, dedicated to closing the digital divide with free telecommunications and technology education for at-risk communities. GCW carried both halves of that story — the commercial argument and the civic one — and the combination was a key factor in the eventual acquisition by AT&T.

The bylines did the positioning: Insourced Profits from Outsourced Services and Outsourcing customer relationship management allows dealers to focus on core business in Automotive News, and Business and Philanthropy: Learn to be a Social Entrepreneur.
